I went to a Tehama County Town Hall meeting and when talking about the Veteran’s Hall remodel, The Vet’s seemed to be unhappy with the fact that nothing has happened, The bids all came back over budget. So they are re-bidding with a reduced feature set. But when asked why we can’t just use the back entrace for the ADA approved entrance, We got the answer that “For a change like that, we would have to talk to the Architect”. This is what I thought of.
